The dominance of Facebook in the social networking world is being made new threat from rival services like Instagram and Path.
Facebook has lost millions by the end user markets its largest, said according to independent agencies, and alternative social networks are drawing the attention of those seeking services and fresh new online entertainment.
While Facebook is preparing to inform investors about its business performance in the first three months of the year, and when analysts anticipate revenue growth of social networking to the extent of 36 per cent compared with last year, studies new suggest that the expansion of Facebook in the U.S., UK and other major European countries has peaked.
In the past month, the largest social network in the world has lost 6 million U.S. users, a figure which has seen a decrease of 4 percent, according to the company said analyzes of social networks - SocialBakers.
In the UK, 1.4 million users have less control profiling their social network last month, marking a decline of 4.5 percent. The decline in the use of Facebook is now stable. In the last six months, Facebook has lost nearly 9 million monthly active users in the U.S. and 2 million in the UK.
Even some of the users who come from Canada, Germany, Spain, France and Japan have abandoned Facebook during this time, while these countries have the largest number of social network users.
