Vitamin D soothe the symptoms of asthma

Most patients with asthma who spend time in the sun may have a relief in their symptoms, researchers suggest.
"King's College" in London, estimates that low levels of vitamin D, which is produced in the body from sunlight, are associated with a worsening of symptoms.
His research shows that vitamin softens the over-active immune system in asthma.
People with asthma have difficulty breathing when their airways narrow lip and spirit. Most people treated with steroids, but the drug does not work for everyone.
The team is currently conducting clinical trials to see whether giving patients vitamin D can ease their symptoms. / Telegraph /
